A: Victoria is the capital city of British Columbia (BC), is a mid-sized city with about 300,000 people. There are many landmarks, such as The Royal BC Museum, Craigdarroch Castle, and The Legislative Buildings. It also has a rich cultural aspect due to it's connection with First Nations peoples and the British Empire.

Q: What is the weather like in Victoria?
A: It is the mildest (warmest) city in Canada. Winter averages about 5 C and summer about 22 C.

Q: What sports are popular in Victoria?
A: Victoria has great sport opportunities. Soccer, baseball, football, cycling, kayaking, sailing, and skiing are just a few examples.
