Cooperative Education
As a member of Languages Canada we are authorized to issue Letters of Acceptance for students wishing to study and gain work experience in an English-speaking environment. Work positions vary and depend upon English language skills, education, and work experience. VIA has relationships with a large number of companies in Victoria and works closely with them to ensure the experience for both the student and the company is positive. Applicants will acquire work skills prior to beginning of their work experience. This includes resume writing, interview skills, Canadian culture knowledge and workplace etiquette. VIA will try to place all applicants in a workplace of their choice.
