How can I
pay the homestay fee?
You can pay to the homestay or to VicIA.
When should I tell the homestay family about
moving out?
You should tell the homestay one month before you want
to move out. (Sometimes, however, it is ok to tell them
two or three weeks before.)
Can I change my homestay if I'm not
happy?
Yes, we will arrange a new homestay as quickly as possible.
